| The paper introduced the significance of information-based personnel management in agricultural scientific research institutes, analyzed the current condition and problems of the information construction, and put forward some countermeasures on promoting the information-based personnel management construction, such as changing the personnel information management concept, integrating information-based construction, strengthening database construction, reinforcing the safety information management system of personnel, and enhancing the personnel management team construction, etc. |
