| 知识产权是战略资源和核心竞争力。文章以北京农学院为例，重点分析了农业高校在知识产权的现状，并分析了知识产权工作存在的问题，提出了进一步加强知识产权工作的建议，如提高知识产权保护意识、完善知识产权管理制度、加大资金资助力度等。 |

| Intellectual property is a strategic resource and core competency. Taking Beijing Agricultural College as an example，the intellectual property rights and problems in agricultural universities were analyzed. Some countermeasures to strengthen the work on intellectual property were proposed in the paper, such as improving the awareness of intellectual property protection, strengthening intellectual property management system, and increasing funding support. |
