| Scientific research funds management policy of "decentralization, management and service" has been well received by researchers. However, researchers still report the problem of reimbursement of scientific research funds, which interferes with their innovative activities to a certain extent. Based on the management experience of scientific research funds of agricultural scientific research institutions, this paper analyzes the causes of the difficulties in the reimbursement of scientific research funds of agricultural scientific research institutions, and thinks about the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems, so as to provide reference and criticism for experts. |
