| 研究农业科研经费支出绩效考评的可行办法。阐述广西农业科研经费的使用现状及绩效评价的必要性、设立原则。文章利用层次分析法、加权综合法从定量与定性的角度构建了相应的绩效评价指标体系，并确立了评价方法。 |

| This paper expounds the present situation of agricultural scientific research funds in Guangxi, and analyzes the necessity and principles of performance evaluation. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the weighted synthesis method, this paper constructs the corresponding performance evaluation index system from the quantitative and qualitative perspectives, and finally establishes the feasible method for the performance evaluation of agricultural scientific research expenditure, so as to find out the main problems. |
