| Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Party. Combining with the characteristics of Agricultural scientific research institute, this paper focuses on the analysis of the existing problems in the ideological work of Grass roots Party Organizations in agricultural scientific research institute，and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological work of agricultural scientific research institute from four parts: strengthening the implementation of responsibility, building the ideological foundation, strengthening the mainstream public opinion and strengthening their own construction. |
