| 近年来，大批的优秀留学生选择回国发展，他们已成为我国科技、教育、农业、经济等领域的骨干力量。农业科研院所是我国农业生产的主力军，归国留学人员逐渐成为科研主力，加强归国留学人员的思想政治工作已成为农业科研院所统一思想、凝聚力量、推动发展的重中之重。文章阐述了加强归国留学人员思想政治工作的重要意义，分析了当前存在的问题，从加强对思想政治工作的组织领导、重点做好党员发展工作以及不断创新方式全方位开展思想政治引导工作等三个方面，探讨加强归国留学人员思想政治工作的途径，为农业科研院所如何做好归国留学人员思想政治工作提供了借鉴和参考。 |

| In recent years, a large number of overseas students choose to return home for development, they have become the main force of China's science and technology, education, agriculture, economy and other fields. Agricultural scientific research institutes are the main force of agricultural production in China, and returned overseas students have gradually become the main force of scientific research. Strengthening the ideological and political work of returned overseas students has become the top priority for agricultural scientific research institutes to unify their thoughts, unite their strength and promote development. This paper expounded the importance of strengthening the ideological and political work of returned overseas students, analyzed the existing problems, and discussed the ways to strengthen the ideological and political work of returned overseas students in agricultural scientific research institutes. |
