| 国际化水平已成为当前衡量科研院所整体发展水平的重要指标之一，国际合作是江苏省农业科学院建设高水平国际化现代科研院所的重点工作，是提升科研院所国际学术地位和国际影响力的重要抓手，“一带一路”倡议的实施赋予了国际合作新的内涵，提供了更多更广的合作机遇和空间。但各学科因其定位或特性的原因，在国际合作工作开展方面存在较大差异，部分学科国际合作相对滞后，且重视程度不够。文章通过分析江苏省农业科学院豆类学科团队在国际合作方面的合作类型、合作领域和合作效果数据，分析国际合作和成果形成的关联。豆类学科的发展与国际合作密不可分，稳定长效的互访交流机制造就了人才团队的国际化，合作领域的重点聚焦、平台和项目的稳定支持有力推动了相关成果产出。该研究认为应从培养国际化人才、发挥科研人员主观能动性、加强技术产品储备等方面加强国际合作，助力农业科研院所高水平国际化发展。 |

| The internationalization level has become one of the important indicators measuring the general development level of scientific institutes. International cooperation is also a key work of JAAS during the process towards a high-level international modern scientific academy, and an important approach to enhance the international academic status and influence of scientific institutes. The Belt and Road Initiative has given new meaning to international cooperation and also provided us with more opportunities and space for cooperation. However, due to the various orientations and characteristics, great differences existes in the international cooperation for different disciplines, and some disciplines, without enough attentions, lag behind in international cooperation and urgently need for improvement. Based on the cooperation types, cooperation fields and cooperation effects data of the legume discipline team of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, we analyzed the relationship between international cooperation and achievements. The development of legume discipline was closely related to international cooperation. The stable and long-term exchange mechanism was conducive to the internationalization of the research group. The focus of cooperation field, and the stable support of platform/project had greatly promoted the output of relevant achievements. The study suggests that international cooperation should be strengthened in the aspects of cultivating international talents, motivation, and focusing on the reserve of technical products, so as to promote the internationalization of agricultural research institutes. |
