| 澜沧江—湄公河合作专项基金（简称“澜湄基金”）是加强中国与老挝、柬埔寨、缅甸、泰国、越南5国的农业合作的重要渠道，对促进“一带一路”建设具有重要意义。文章以中国热带农业科学院科技信息研究所（简称“热科院信息所”）为例，通过分析加强澜湄专项基金项目管理的意义、存在问题及管理经验，进而提出加强思想认识、提高我国影响力，缩短项目审批时间，完善管理制度、注重细节，扎实过程管理，建立澜湄基金项目绩效评价体系等加强澜湄基金项目管理的有效对策。 |

| The Lancang Mekong cooperation special fund (LMC) is an important channel for strengthening agricultural cooperation between China and Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. It is of great significance to promote the construction of "the Belt and Road".Taking the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (" Institute of Information of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences") as an example, by analyzing the significance, problems and management experience of strengthening LMC special fund project management，this paper puts forward to strengthen the ideological understanding, enhance our influence, shorten the project examination and approval time, improve the management system, attention to detail, solid process management, establish the LMC project performance evaluation system and other effective measures to strengthen LMC project management |
