| With Institute of Plant Protection of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences on the implementation of science and technology innovation project as an example, this paper expounds the implementation effect of The Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Program（ASTIP）in 2013-2017, summarizes the implementation of the project for the innovation of science and technology and management experience, and explains the leading role and leveraging effect of science and technology innovation engineering in the development of science and technology of the institute, Aiming at the existing problems, the article puts forward the next adjustment ideas and measures. |
