| 为加强农业科研单位安全管理，提高效率与效果，针对中国热带农业科学院科技信息研究所安全生产管理工作现状进行探讨。从构建安全文化、强化宣传教育、形成长效机制3个层次提出符合实际的安全管理工作思路，以期优化安全生产管理工作效能。 |

| In order to strengthen the safety management of agricultural research institutes and improve the efficiency and effect, the present situation of the safety management of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences was discussed. From three levels of constructing safety culture, strengthening publicity and education and forming long term mechanism, this paper puts forward practical safety management ideas in order to optimize the work efficiency of safety production management. |
