| This study took the application of Chinese academy of agricultural sciences in the procurement management of "China scientific research material procurement platform" as an example. It analyzed the problems in the materials purchase management in scientific research institution, the platform could greatly improve the efficiency of procurement, shorten the procurement cycle, save purchasing funds and standardize purchasing behavior, so as to achieve the tracking management of scientific research materials procurement and effective supervision. |
