| 文章通过梳理福建省农村集体三资管理平台应用现状，分析了该省农村三资管理平台存在的问题。从建立全省五级三资管理体系、强化监管功能、强化监测分析等定位出发，规划建设该省农村集体三资综合管理平台。新平台实现三资管理制度化、规范化、信息化，提升该省农村集体三资监管水平，夯实农村基层党风廉政建设，壮大农村集体经济。 |

| By combing the application situation of the rural collective three capital management platform in Fujian province, this research analyzed the problems existing in the rural three capital management platform in Fujian province. Starting from the establishment of the provincial five level management system, strengthening the supervision function, strengthening the monitoring analysis and other positioning, it designed and built Fujian province rural collective three capital comprehensive management platform. The new platform realized the institutionalization, standardization and informatization of the three capital management, improved the level of rural collective three capital supervision in Fujian province, consolidated the building of party conduct and clean government in rural communities, and strengthened rural collective economies. |
