| 种业创新是引领现代农业高质量发展的第一动力。保护知识产权就是保护创新生产力,是提升竞争力的“护身符”,同时是激发科研人员创新活力的“催化剂”,是优化营商环境的“助推器”。本文以中国热带农业科学院热带生物技术研究所番木瓜新品种授权使用为例,系统总结三亚市番木瓜产业现状及存在的问题,在地方政府农业部门主导下,探索通过构建知识产权保护性推广模式,为进一步推动种业创新和促进产业升级提供探索路径。 |

| Seed industry innovation serves as the primary driving force for leading high-quality development in modern agriculture. Protecting intellectual property (IP) safeguards innovative productivity, acts as a "shield" for enhancing competitiveness, a "catalyst" for stimulating researchers" creativity, and a "booster" for optimizing the business environment. Taking the authorized use of new papaya varieties by the Tropical Biotechnology Research Instituteof the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences? as an example, this paper systematically summarizes the current status and existing problems of Sanya"s papaya industry. Under the guidance of local agricultural authorities, it explores the construction of an IP-protective promotion model to provide a path for further advancing seed industry innovation and promoting industrial upgrading. |
