| 在海南自贸港建设背景下,热带农业学科建设面临新的发展机遇与战略转型需求。本文旨在探讨如何依托自贸港制度型开放政策,推动热带农业学科的创新与发展。通过分析自贸港在制度创新、贸易自由化、科研开放合作、金融与人才汇聚等方面的政策赋能,结合热带农业在种质资源创新、数字技术集成、跨境产业链整合等领域的实践进展,提出以科技、产业、制度深度融合为核心的学科建设新思路。研究表明,自贸港政策有效促进了热带农业的国际化与数字化跃迁,推动学科在生物育种、智慧农业、标准互认等前沿领域实现突破。未来,热带农业学科应进一步强化跨境协同创新、深化产教融合、构建国际标准体系,助力海南打造全球热带农业科技创新策源地,为国家战略物资安全与“一带一路”农业合作提供科技支撑。 |

| Against the backdrop of the Hainan Free Trade Port development, the disciplinary development of tropical agriculture faces new opportunities and a strategic need for transformation. This paper aims to explore how to leverage the institutional opening policies of the Hainan Free Trade Port to promote innovation and development in tropical agricultural disciplines. By analyzing the policy empowerment in areas such as institutional innovation, trade liberalization, open scientific collaboration, and the convergence of finance and talent, and by combining this with practical progress in germplasm resource innovation, digital technology integration, and cross-border industrial chain integration in tropical agriculture, this study proposes a novel approach to disciplinary development centered on the deep integration of technology, industry, and institutions. The research indicates that the Free Trade Port policies have effectively facilitated the internationalization and digital transformation of tropical agriculture, enabling breakthroughs in cutting-edge fields such as biotechnological breeding, intelligent agriculture, and standard mutual recognition. In the future, the development of tropical agricultural disciplines should further strengthen cross-border collaborative innovation, deepen the integration of industry and education, and establish an international standard system, thereby helping Hainan become a global hub for tropical agricultural science and technology innovation, and providing scientific and technological support for national strategic resource security and agricultural cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. |
