| 本文系统梳理研究了各级涉农纪检监察机关开展“驻点监督”和农业科研院所（高校）以调研方式开展政治监督的经验、做法和启示，并结合中国农业科学院的实践探索，系统总结“驻点监督”打通管所治所难点堵点、推动干部职工凝聚思想共识、促进相关单位科研生态改善等作用成效，深入分析困难和不足，提出要加强各类监督贯通融合理念宣贯，充分调动“院-所-团队”三级纪检组织力量，完善“驻点监督”工作机制等意见建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper systematically sorts out and studies the experiences, practices and enlightenments of stationed supervision implemented by agricultural discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels, as well as political supervision conducted through research by agricultural research institutes and universities. Combined with the practical exploration of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), it comprehensively summarizes the positive effects of stationed supervision, including removing bottlenecks and obstacles in institute administration, unifying the ideological consensus of cadres and staff, and optimizing the scientific research ecosystem of relevant institutions. Furthermore, the paper thoroughly analyzes existing difficulties and deficiencies in current work. Targeted suggestions are accordingly put forward, such as intensifying publicity and implementation of the concept of integrated coordination of various types of supervision, fully mobilizing disciplinary inspection forces at the academy-institute-research team three levels, and refining the institutional framework for stationed supervision. |
