浅析科研院所国有资产管理办法

摘要:

该文结合当前科研院所国有资产现状,分析了科研院所国有资产管理中存在的一些问题,提出了严格国有资产的全程控制制度,建立大型科研仪器购买、使用等相关制度及健全科研院所的国有资产信息化管理系统等四点加强科研院所单位国有资产管理的建议。

Abstract:

Taking into account the current situation in state-owned property among institutions of scientific research, this paper analyzed the existing problems in the management of state-owned property and made four corresponding proposals enhancing the management of state-owned property among institutions of scientific research, including the establishment of the overall control system on the state-owned property, the establishment of relevant mechanisms concerning the purchase and use of large-scale instrument for the purpose of scientific research and the establishment of a sound information management system on state-owned property among institutions of scientific research
