| 文章针对非营利事业单位后勤管理与产业开发工作,提出要从服务科研要效益,需认识到位,拓展思路,加强管理；要从服务科技成果找效益,提出根据课题研究、开发需要组织人员,依托科技优势搞开发等措施；要从服务科研基地创效益,提出加强中试基地建设, 建设综合开发基地服务体系等措施。 |

| Aiming at the logistics management and industrial development in non-profit research institutions, this paper put forward some countermeasures to get benefits from scientific research service through well understanding, developing ideas and strengthening management, to get benefits from service for technological achievements according to research, organization, and science and technology advantages, to create benefits from the service for scientific research base through strengthening the construction of experimental base and service system. |
