摘要:

科学发展观是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想,也是做好新形势下党建工作的重要指导思想。创新文化建设作为党建工作的重要方面之一,是保证工作顺利开展的必要条件,也是促进事业持续发展的重要资源。创新文化建设工作的推进,对于把握发展机遇、构建和谐集体、充分发挥职工的积极性和创造性具有十分重要的意义。如何用科学发展观指导创新文化建设工作,成为本单位近几年不断探索和实践的重要课题。

Abstract:

Deeply implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development is an important strategic thinking to promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics as well as the crucial guide of party building work under the new situations. As an important aspect of party building work, the construction of innovation culture is not only the necessary condition to ensure that the party building work carries out smoothly, but also an indispensable resource to promote its sustainable development. Promoting the construction of innovation culture played an important significance in grasping the opportunities of development, establishing a harmonious collectivity and fully exerting the enthusiasm and creativity of people. Therefore, how to apply the Scientific Outlook on Development to guide the construction work of innovation culture is an important research project.
