摘要:

文章介绍了农业部优质农产品开发服务中心在解决预算编制较粗、预算执行不力等方面采取的措施:一是强化预算约束,按照精细化管理的要求抓好项目预算编制工作；二是强化制度建设,实行依法理财；三是采取有效措施,严格预算执行。

Abstract:

This paper introduced the measures adopted by agricultural products development service center of ministry of agriculture to solve the problems that budget compile was coarse, budget execution was dreadful, i.e., to strengthen the budget constraints and pay attention to the budget planning according to the requirements of the refine management; to strengthen the system establishing of financial management in accordance with law; to take effective measures and strictly implement budget.
