摘要:

全面推进财政科学化精细化管理是新形势下做好财政工作的迫切需要,在实践中取得了显著成效。本文对中国农业科学院实施修购专项资金、改善农业科研基础条件过程中,践行科学化精细化管理的主要做法和经验进行了系统梳理和总结,对进一步推进修购专项科学化精细化管理,具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:

It is urgent to comprehensively promote the scientific and meticulous management of financial in order to accomplish financial work efficiently in the new situation, and made remarkable achievements in practice. This paper summarized the scientific and meticulous management practices and experiences in the process of implementation of the special fund of renovation and purchase improving the basic agricultural scientific research condition of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which has very important reference value for further promoting scientific and meticulous management in the special fund of renovation and purchase.
