| The important target of the special funds for renovation and purchase management is to build a platform for science and technology innovation of our institutions through top-design, as well as the ability of innovation. This paper introduced the related measures and effects of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences and briefly summarized the major points of the innovation platform construction by special funds. And also recommended that the special funds should support the platform construction as usual. |
