| Abstract: |
| The establishment of special funds of renovation and purchase in central scientific institutions, which is an important measure for the country to increase input and optimize the structure of science and technology, has played an important role in improving the basic scientific research condition and promoting technological innovation for Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. This paper summarized the main methods, experiences and results of special funds management by Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. It is advanced that the government should keep further greatly input on special funds. |
