修购专项对渔业装备科技发展的贡献

摘要:

文章以作者单位在渔业装备科技发展中经历的情况和2006年以来获得的修购专项资金投入与科技 经费与科技成果对照，总结描述了修购专项对渔业装备科技发展的作用和贡献，修购专项有效提升科研课 题的中试实验能力，对申报和承担科技项目具有显著的贡献，在实施三年以后，科研经费，论文及专利分 别增长了259%、193%和184%，修购专项贡献率明显，并对如何实施好中央级科学事业单位修缮购置专 项资金进行了总结讨论。

Abstract:

Based on the development experience in fishing equipment engineering and technology and the compari- sons of the special funds of renovation and purchase and science and technology achievements since 2006， this pa- per summarized the role of the special funds of renovation and purchase in fishery equipment engineering and tech- nology development. The results showed that the special funds of renovation and purchase effectively improved the scientific research capability， and had great contributions to the scientific research projects， with which the funds， papers and patents increased 259%， 193% and 184%， respectively. And finally， it discussed how to effectively use the special funds of renovation and purchase.
