| 改革开放以来的30年，中央印发了14个1号文件，2012年中央1号文件以加快推进农业科技创 新为主题，这是前所未有的。作为农业科技工作者倍感机遇难得，挑战严峻，使命光荣。结合笔者从事的 邢台市农科院科技管理工作，就落实中央1号文件，加快邢台市农业科技创新，作者从邢台市在农业科技 创新的机遇、面对的现实、挑战及科学对策四个方面进行了探讨。 |

Combined with the experiences in Xingtai academy of science and technology management， this paper dis- cussed the agricultural scientific and technological innovation opportunity， the reality， the challenges and the scien- tific countermeasures for carrying out the central no. 1 file and speeding up the Xingtai agriculture science and technology innovation. |
