| 完善“三重一大”集体决策制度，切实加强决策管理和监督，是新形势下农业科研院所提升治理 能力，加强干部监督，深化廉政建设的重要举措。应进一步明确“三重一大”集体决策的具体要求，规范 并严格决策程序，同时，通过强化党内监督、严格责任追究、推进院所务公开、畅通民主监督等措施加强 监督，确保制度落实。 |

| It is very important to improve the”Three Importance and One Greatness”system and strengthen the management and supervision of the decision-making for agricultural scientific research institutes to enhance the a- bility of modern governance and strengthen supervision of powers. This paper put forward that it should further clear out the specific requirements， standardize the decision-making procedures，and strengthen supervision and ensure implementation through the ways of enhancing supervision， responsibility， and disclosure. |
