| 预算绩效管理是政府绩效管理的重要组成部分。做好预算绩效管理，有助于提高财政资金使用的有效性和政府公共支出管理水平。文章通过对美国、英国、澳大利亚和新西兰等国家的预算绩效管理改革经验进行梳理和分析，为我国推行预算绩效管理工作带来一定的启示。 |

| Budget performance management is an important part of the government performance management. Better budget performance management helps to improve the effectiveness of the use of financial funds and the management level of government public expenditure. This paper analyzed the reform experience of the budget performance management of the United States, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries. Hopefully, this will provide guidance for the implementation of budget performance management of China. |
