农业科技成果转化的制约因素及对策分析

摘要:

近年来，基层农业科研院所科技工作发展迅速，取得了很多的科研成果，但其转化率并不高，农业科技成果转化有待进一步提升。文章分析了农业科技成果转化的制约因素，并在此基础上对其提出了相应的对策及建议，以期提高农业科技成果转化率，提升科技服务能力，为进一步促进农业增效、农民增收提供科学依据。

Abstract:

In recent years, the scientific and technological work of primary level agricultural research institutes has developed rapidly and achieved a lot of scientific research achievements, but its conversion rate is not high, and the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements needs to be further improved. This paper analyzes the restrictive factors of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis, in order to improve the conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, enhance the ability of scientific and technological service, and provide scientific basis for further promoting agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers′ income.
