摘要:

农业科技人才队伍建设的状况，不仅关系到农业科技创新水平的提升，保障粮食安全的有效供给，更关系到我国农业科技领域在国际上的竞争力和未来发展潜力。加强农业科技人才队伍建设，是实现我国种业振兴、乡村振兴的人才保障条件。文章以广东省农业科学院为例，全面分析了广东省农业科技人才队伍建设现状，并针对人才队伍建设中存在的问题提出了对策建议，以期为下一步高水平农业人才队伍建设提供参考。

Abstract:

The construction of agricultural science and technology team is not only related to the improvement of agricultural science and technology innovation level and ensuring the effective supply of food security, but also related to the international competition and future development potential of China's agricultural science and technology field. Strengthening the construction of agricultural science and technology team is a guarantee condition for realizing the revitalization of seed industry and rural areas. Therefore, taking Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzed the current situation of the construction of agricultural science and technology team in Guangdong province, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the construction of talent team, so as to provide reference for the construction of high-level agricultural talent team in the next step.
