| 果树产业多链深度融合助力企业创新是支撑产业高质量发展重要措施，有效促进科技成果、产业需求的精准对接，文章以中国农业科学院果树研究所组建的鞍山南果梨服务团为例，重点分析了服务团工作实施成效和存在的问题，总结了服务团工作形成的典型模式，在完善优化制度、建立长期模式、推动产学研融合、发挥企业创新主体及宣传推介等方面提出进一步促进多链融合发展及强化科技支撑的建议，以产业带动地方经济发展。 |

| The deep integration of multiple chains in the fruit industry plays a crucial role in supporting high-quality industry development, effectively connecting scientific and technological achievements with industry demands. This article took the Anshan Nanguo Pear Service Team, established by the Institute of Pomology, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, as an example. It focused on analyzing the implementation effectiveness and existing issues of the service team, and summarized the typical models formed by the team's work. Furthermore, it provided suggestions for further facilitating the development of multi-chain integration, strengthening technological support, and enhancing enterprise innovation through improving and optimizing systems, establishing long-term models, facilitating industry-academia-research collaboration, playing the role of enterprises as innovation drivers and marketing activities, so as to drive local economic development through industry. |
