提升农业科技成果转化效率策略研究——以北京市农林科学院为例

摘要:

提升农业科技成果转化效率，对农业创新驱动发展、推进乡村振兴和建设农业强国具有十分重要的意义，但当前我国农业科技成果转化与农业新形势新要求相比、与农业发达国家相比，还存在着成果转化率不高、科技推广服务管理体系有待强化、相关机制有待进一步创新等问题。文章以北京市农林科学院为例，总结了院农业科技成果转化的现状、转化模式与成效，针对农业科技成果转化面临的主要问题，提出了进一步提升农业科技成果转化的策略，如加强农业科技综合服务试验站和农业专家工作站及农业科技小院等转化平台建设，以期为推动我国农业科技成果转化工作提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:

Improving the transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is of great significance for agricultural innovation-driven development, promoting rural revitalization and building an agricultural power. However, the current transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China is compared with the new situation and new requirements of agriculture and compared with developed agricultural countries, there are also problems such as low conversion rate of results, science and technology extension service management system to be strengthened, and related mechanisms to be further innovated. Taking Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example, this paper summarized the current situation of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, as well as the achievements of scientific and technological innovation and transformation and promotion. On the basis of in-depth summary of the transformation mode and effectiveness of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, aiming at the main problems faced by the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, through the construction of the comprehensive capacity of the institute for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, This paper put forward some strategies to further promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements through strengthening the construction of transformation platforms such as integrated service experimental station, agricultural expert workstation and agricultural science and technology small institutes, in order to provide a useful reference for promoting the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China.
