农业科技助力新型农业经营主体问题研究——以辽宁省农业科学院为例

摘要:

新型农业经营主体是实施乡村振兴战略的重要推动力量，是发展农村经济和促进农民就业增收的主力军。近几年，各类新型农业经营主体如雨后春笋般呈现，其快速发展离不开农业科技服务的支撑与帮助。文章以辽宁省农业科学院为例，总结了农业科技助力新型农业经营主体的主要模式及取得的成效，例如农业科研人才队伍保障、现代农业技术与品种推广、顶层规划咨询与设计服务、农业科技信息与宣传等，剖析了存在的不足并提出了相应的对策与建议，旨在今后工作中扬长避短，发挥省级农科院作为地方农业科技力量排头兵的优势和作用，以农业科技助力新型农业经营主体，促进乡村振兴高质量发展。

Abstract:

The new agricultural management entity is an important driving force for implementing China's rural revitalization strategy, and is the main force for developing rural economic construction and promoting employment and income growth for farmers in the new era. In recent years, various new types of agricultural management entities rapidly emerge, and the rapid development of new types of management entities can’t be separated from the support and assistance of agricultural technology services, which play important roles in the development and upgradation of the agricultural industry and rural revitalization. Taking Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this research summarized its development overview, main practices and achievements in assisting new types of management entities, such as ensuring the agricultural talent team, promoting modern agricultural technology and varieties, providing top-level planning and design services, and promoting agricultural science and technology information and publicity, analyzed its shortcomings, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions, aiming to leverage the strengths and avoid weaknesses in future work. And then it suggested that it should give full play to the advantages and role of provincial agricultural science and technology institutes as the leading force in local agricultural science and technology, and using the agricultural technology to assist new agricultural management entities, so as to promote rural revitalization.（下转第页）
