农业遥感学科群发展及展望

摘要:
【目的】 农业遥感是科学的重要分支,既具有很强的交叉学科特征,又聚焦非常明确的行业应用场景,文章从“科技创新—行业应用”结合的角度,回顾农业遥感学科群建设的阶段历程,提出农业遥感学科群发展建议。【方法】 采用文献综述法、内容分析法、对比论证法等方法,对农业遥感学科群建设阶段进行回顾,对农业遥感学科群建设现状进行介绍,对农业遥感学科群发展提出建议。【结果】 我国农业遥感工作始于20世纪80年代初,以成立国家遥感中心、组建农业部农业遥感学科群等为标志,经历了引进学习、技术攻关、理论技术应用协同发展等3个阶段。“十四五”期间,农业遥感学科群围绕高分遥感机理、土地监测监管、农业灾害监测预警开展“一基两翼”重点科技攻关,以科技支撑农业强国建设。【结论】 面向未来农业遥感国际学科前沿与国家重大需求,农业遥感学科群还需扩充土壤遥感、作物表型遥感等专业实验室,建设区域实验室与科学观测实验站,推进政产学研一体化,深化国内外交流与合作,高质量推动全国农业遥感创新应用体系建设。

Abstract:
【Purpose】 Agricultural remote sensing is an important branch of remote sensing,which has strong interdisciplinary characteristics and focuses on very clear application scenarios. This article reviews the stage process of the construction of Agricultural Remote Sensing Discipline Cluster from the perspective of "technological innovation and agriculture application" combination,and puts forward suggestions for the development of Agricultural Remote Sensing Discipline Cluster.【Method】 Using methods such as literature review,content analysis,and comparative analysis,this study reviewed the construction stages of Agricultural Remote Sensing Discipline Cluster,introduced the current situation of Agricultural Remote Sensing Discipline Cluster construction,and put forward suggestions for the development of Agricultural Remote Sensing Discipline Cluster.【Result】 The researches and applications of agricultural remote sensing in China began in the early 1980s,marked by the establishment of the National Remote Sensing Center and the establishment of the Agricultural Remote Sensing Discipline Cluster of the Ministry of Agriculture. It went through 3 stages:introduction and learning,technological breakthroughs,and coordinated development of theoretical and technological applications. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the Agricultural Remote Sensing Discipline Cluster carried out key scientific and technological breakthroughs around high-resolution remote sensing mechanisms,land monitoring and supervision,and agricultural disaster monitoring and early warning,using technology to support the construction of China’s strength in agriculture.【Conclusion】 In order to meet the forefront of international agricultural remote sensing disciplines and major national needs in the future,the Agricultural Remote Sensing Discipline Cluster still needs to expand professional laboratories such as soil remote sensing and crop phenotype remote sensing,build regional laboratories and scientific observation experimental stations,promote the integration of politics,industry,academia and research,deepen domestic diplomatic flow and cooperation,and promote the construction of a national agricultural remote sensing innovation and application system with high quality.
