| 【目的】 融合多源数据信息构建高标准农田建设和经营的全过程管理平台，提高高标准农田建设和应用效率，推动我国高标准农田信息化建设的发展。【方法】 文章围绕农业多源数据在高标准农田建设、管理和使用等过程的应用，从数据的采集、融合和应用出发，总结高标准农田服务平台的发展现状，分析基于多源数据的高标准农田服务平台的关键技术，提出系统性的体系架构。并从平台的数据中台、技术中台和业务中台多个角度阐述高标准农田服务平台的实现路径。【结果】 搭建了以数据、业务和技术中台为核心的高标准农田综合服务平台，并在河南省兰考县高标准农田建设、运营和管理过程中进行了推广应用。【结论】 该平台为高标准农田建设、运营和管理各环节提供了新的技术支撑，为加快高标准农田建设提供了新的思路，有利于进一步提高水土资源利用效率，改善农业生产条件，增强国家粮食安全保障能力。 |

| [Purpose] Integrate multi-source data information to build a high-standard farmland service platform for the construction and operation of high-standard farmland，improve the efficiency of the construction and application of high-standard farmland，and promote the development of China's high-standard farmland informatisation construction.[Method] This article focused on the application of agricultural multi-source data in the process of construction，management，and use of high-standard farmland，and summarized the development status of high-standard farmland service platforms from the perspectives of data collection，integration，and application.It analyzed the key technologies of high-standard farmland service platforms based on multi-source data，and proposed a systematic architectural framework.The implementation path of high-standard farmland service platforms was discussed from various perspectives，including the platform's data middleware，technology middleware，and business middleware.[Result] This study constructed a comprehensive service platform for high-standard farmland centered on data，business，and technology middleware，and its application in the construction，operation，and management of high-standard farmland in Lankao County，Henan Province.[Conclusion] This platform provides new technical support for various aspects of high-standard farmland construction，operation，and management，offers new ideas for accelerating the construction of high-standard farmland，and is conducive to further improving the efficiency of water and soil resources，improving agricultural production conditions，and enhancing the country's food security capabilities. |
