| In this paper， based on the analysis and evaluation of the present situation of rural labor resources in Tangshan City of Hebei Province in 2007， it summarized the main approaches to accelerate the transfer of rural sur- plus labor force resources， and analyzed the constraint factors of utilization and development of rural labor re- sources， and put forwards some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the diversion transfer and utilization of rural labor resources. |
