| To establish cooperation mechanism of the quality and safety of agricultural products and to strengthen the cooperation and mutual coordination in the asia-pacific region， not only played a great significance role in the a- sia-pacific region agricultural safety production， but also it was vitally necessary to set up responsible country im- age， protect agricultural enterprise interests， increase export， assure import food safety and guarantee people's food security， and meanwhile was helpful for the exploration for the cooperation mechanism of the quality and safety of global agricultural products. |
