| 该文对天津现代农业园区发展状况进行了分析，提出现代农业园区已经成为天津市都市型现代农 业发展的主要形式，未来重点推进”企业+园区+基地+农户”、”合作社+园区+农户”经营模式，按照 全市农业功能区划，建设科技支撑型、休闲文化型、产业带动型、循环生态型4种类型的现代农业园区。 并针对现阶段存在的园区用地、园区融资、园区机制和园区技术支撑等问题，提出5个方面的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper analyzed the development status of modern agricultural park in Tianjin， put forward that the modern agricultural park had become the main form for the development of Tianjin urban modern agriculture. It should focus on the business modes such as ' Enterprise + park + base + farmer'， 'Cooperatives + park + farm households'， and establish four types of modern agricultural parks according to the municipal agricultural function division， i.e.， technology support type， leisure culture type， industrial-led type， circulation ecological type. Fi- nally， it put forward five suggestions aiming at problems in the park land， park financing， park mechanism and park technical support，etc. |
