| 该文以新疆传统牧区牧民为研究对象，通过问卷调查的方式获取了典型牧区157户牧民对生产目 标重要性判断的实际资料，利用配对比较法分析了牧民生产行为的目标偏好，旨在揭示牧民生产决策行为 目标多元化的客观存在性及具体表现，为制定引导牧民生产行为的经济政策奠定基础。结果表明:牧民生 产决策行为目标具有多元化特征，而且其偏好表现出显著的层次性;不同收入的牧户之间目标偏好无明显 差异，牧民对扩大饲养规模和收入最大化的追求具有强烈的内在需求。 |

| Abstract: |
| Taking the pastoralists in pasturing areas of Xinjiang as the example， this paper obtained the actual data related to the judgments of the importance of production targets by the questionnaires from 157 selected pastoralists. Based on the analysis of target preference of pastoralists' production behavior by the pair comparison method， this paper revealed the objective existence and specific performance of diversified targets of pastoralists' production deci- sions， which would provide a foundation for formulating the economic policy to guide the pastoralists' production be- havior. The results showed that the targets of pastoralists' production decisions were diversified with a strong hierar- chy preference. Pastoralists with different incomes showed no significant difference in their target preference. More- over， pastoralists had a strong internal demand to enlarge the breeding scale and maximize the income. |
