天山北坡经济带农户农地流转行为影响因素分析  ———以玛纳斯县为例

摘要:

该文以新疆天山北坡经济带上经济发展最为活跃的玛纳斯县为例，对369户农户进行入户调查， 通过建立农地流转行为与各变量的Logistic回归计量模型，从农户特征、农户资源禀赋以及农地流转特征等 三方面分析了农户农地转出和转入行为的影响因素。结果表明:年流转租金、流转年限和家庭单位耕地面 积纯收入、户主对农业经营风险认知和农户类型显著地影响了农户土地转入行为;而年流转租金、户主年 龄和流转年限、家庭非农业劳动力人数和非农业劳动力年人均收入构成了对农户土地转出行为的显著的影 响因素。

Abstract:

Taking the Manas county， one of the most active economy county in the Economic Belt of the Northern Slope of the Tianshan mountains as an example， based on the logical regression of measurement model between the farmland transfer behavior and related factors from the investigation of 369 peasant households， this paper analyzed the influencing factors of inward and outward farmland transfer from three aspects: farmers′ characteristics， farmers′ resources and farmland transfer. The results showed that the factors， i.e.， the circulation of rent， circulation year and the net income of family cultivation， the head of household's cognition of the agricultural management risk and the type of farmers， significantly affected inward farmland transfer behavior. And years circulation of rent， house- holder age and circulation fixed number of year， family non-agricultural labor force and non-agricultural labor annual per capita income of peasant household land constituted the significant influence factors of outward farmland transfer behavior.
