| 观光农业园区日益成为各地发展农业旅游和提升农业效益的主要平台及研究的热点，其中综合性 观光农园以其强大的带动力更成为学界关注的重点。该文以迈克尔波特的竞争力钻石模型为基础构建了综 合性观光农园的竞争力框架模型，并运用该框架模型对综合性观光农园的典型案例北京蟹岛绿色生态度假 村进行了实证分析。结果表明:综合性观光农园可以通过政府、机会两个外在辅助要素和生产要素、企业 战略、良好规划、新技术应用、区域产业环境和需求条件6个基本要素共同作用来提升其竞争力和经济效 益。在综合性观光农园发展的不同发展阶段，不同要素发挥主导作用。 |

| Agro-sightseeing parks have increasingly become the main platform and research focus for developing agricultural tourism and enhancing the agricultural efficiency. As one of the main types， comprehensive leisure farms have specifically become the academic focus because of their powerful driving forces. Based on Michael Por- ter's competitive Diamond Model， the paper developed a competitiveness analysis model for comprehensive leisure farms， which was used to make empirical analysis of the typical case， Beijing Xiedao ecological resort. The results showed that the comprehensive leisure farms can enhance their competitiveness and economic benefits by two exter- nal auxiliary elements， e.g.， government and the opportunity， and 6 basic elements， e.g.， productive factors， business strategy， effective planning， new technology， regional industry atmosphere and demand conditions. Differ- ent elements played a leading role in different development stages of comprehensive leisure farms. |
