土地经济密度是衡量土地利用效率、城市经济发展的重要指标,也是进行土地问题研究的关键指标。通过对土地经济密度时空特征的分析研究,可以探究某时段内区域经济的发展趋势,而进行土地经济密度驱动力分析能够为加快区域发展、提高区域经济水平提供参考。辽宁省作为东北老工业基地振兴战略的重要实施区域,仍然存在着区域经济发展不均衡的情况,为了分析辽宁省各市的经济发展水平,将14个地级市作为研究单元,选取土地经济密度这一与土地利用相关的指标,利用Pearson相关分析对影响土地经济密度变动的驱动力进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,辽宁省土地经济密度由中部向东部、西部递减,且在2000~2011年间,辽宁省土地经济密度变化趋势相对平稳;在影响土地经济密度的各驱动力中,人口密度、城市化率、二、三产业比值、资本投入强度与土地经济密度之间呈正相关关系,劳动力投入强度与土地经济密度呈负相关关系。 |

With the rapid development of Chinese economy and urbanization, land use and planning have becoming a serious problem which impact Chinese society significantly. Land resource is regarded as one of the most important resource not only in agriculture production progress but also in other industries. However, land resource is an important and scarce resource. How to make use of land resource effectively is turning into a key solution to solve the scarce of land resources in China. The trend of the rapid speed of land resources reduction is unchangeable, thus what should be done is to improve the land use efficiency constantly. Making full use of land resources and improving the use efficiency have attracted many scholars' and all the society's attention. Nowadays, land economic density has becoming an important and main index to measure land use efficiency and city economic development, and it is also a key index of land resource study. The analysis of spatial-temporal characteristic could show the tendency of region economic development. The study of the driving forces of land economic density could offer reference for accelerating regional development and improving the standard of economic development. So this research combined land economic density index and spatial-temporal method to analyze the land use efficiency and regional development degree of Liaoning Province. As the main implementation region of the strategy to revitalize the old industrial bases in Northeast China, the unbalance economic development still existed in Liaoning province. In order to analyze the economic development level of the 14 prefecture-level cities of Liaoning Province, the land economic density index which was related to land use were selected, and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to analyze the driving forces of the impact factors of the land economic density. The results showed that the land economic density was declining from central to east and west of Liaoning province. The tendency of land economic density was relatively stable from 2000 to 2011. Among all the influence factors, population density, urbanization level, the ratio of the second and tertiary industries, intensity of capital input had positive correlations with the land economic density, while the intensity of labor input was negative correlated with the land economic density. |
