循环经济主导型农业生态园的规划设计研究

摘要:

将循环经济理论引入到农业生态园的规划设计中，不仅可以创新农业生态园发展的新路径，而且也是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的必然要求。采取实证分析与规范分析相结合的方式进行全方位、多层次的探讨，通过查阅大量文献资料、采集原始资料、现场实地调研、亲身参与生态农业观光园规划设计等方式逐步展开研究工作。文章介绍了循环经济理论，探讨如何在农业生态园的规划设计中引入循环经济的思维，充分发挥循环经济的辐射带动作用，从而促进农业生态园的绿色可持续化发展。该文以青岛市杰丰有机农场的规划设计为例，分析了杰丰有机农场的特点，明确了其渐进式实现集约农场、绿色农场、生态农场、高端生态循环农场的目标，阐述了其“一心二馆八区”的规划设计格局，提出发展循环生态农业园的必要性，并为促进循环生态农业园的发展提供一些可行性的意见。

Abstract:

To introduce the theory of circular economy into the planning and design of agro-ecological park is not only a new way to the innovation of agro-ecological park, but also a requirement to build a resource-saving society and environment-friendly society. Adopting theoretical analysis and practical research method, and combining a large number of documents，data collection，on-site field research，this paper attempted to introduce the circular economy thinking in planning and designing agro-ecological park, and thus promote the development of green and sustainable agro-ecological park by giving full play the leading role of circular economy.Taking the planning and design of Qingdao Jie Feng organic farm as an example, it analyzed the outstanding features of the organic farms, identified the progressive goals of intensive farms，green farms，eco-farm, described the planning and design patterns of Jie Feng organic farm "two museums and eight districts with one mind"，raised the need for the development of ecological cycle in agriculture park，and finally provided some advice on the feasibility of promoting the development of ecological cycle in agriculture park.
