重庆生态油茶产业化现状及发展策略

摘要:

油茶作为我国特有的木本油料植物，有“东方橄榄油”之称，油茶籽油是当前联合国粮农组织作 为重点推广的健康型高级食用油。我国从国家到地方各级政府均非常重视发展油茶产业，众多优惠与扶持 政策相继出台，充分调动了广大农户、种植与加工企业等多方力量积极投身油茶产业的热情。我国油茶产 业的发展正处于加速上升期，重庆是我国重要的油茶种植地区，发展重庆油茶产业对确保国家粮油安全、 促进农民增产增收、推进重庆地区农村经济的发展具有重要意义。文章首先分析了我国及重庆生态油茶产 业发展现状，进而分析了重庆生态油茶产业的优势与劣势、发展机遇与挑战，并提出了发展重庆生态油茶 产业的对策:（1）加大政策扶持力度，加快产业基地建设;（2）推广高效生态种植技术，提高油茶产量; （3）提高产业集约化水平与精深加工工艺;（4）加强产品质量控制，为市场提供生态产品。

Abstract:

Camellia as unique woody oil plants in China is regarded as the”Oriental olive oil”， tea seed oil is the senior health edible oil which is promoted by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization . State and local governments also pay high attention to the development of camellia industry， and many preferential and support pol- icy had been released and mobilized the participation enthusiasm of processing enterprises and farmers， and thus the camellia industry developed rapidly in China. Chongqing is an important camellia planting area in China. De- velopment of camellia industry in Chongqing is of great significance to ensure national grain security， promote the farmers increase production and the development of rural economy in Chongqing region. This article firstly analyzed the present development situation of ecological camellia industry in China and Chongqing， and then it studied the strengths， weaknesses， opportunities and challenges of Chongqing ecological industry. Finally， it put forward some countermeasures for the development of Chongqing ecological oil-tea industry:i.e.， to intensify policy support and to speed up the industrial base construction; to promote efficient ecological planting technology to enhance oil-tea production; to improve the level of industry intensive and deep processing technology; to strengthen product quality control， and provide ecological products to markets.
