摘要:

农业资源本身具有体验性强、可持续性强、生态环保等特点，如能抓住这些优势把农业资源转化为旅游资源，将创造出更大的经济价值、社会价值及环境价值。吉林省是农业大省，可转化为旅游资源的农业资源极其丰富，文章从吉林省农业旅游的现状出发，发现吉林省农业旅游存在发展速度缓慢、资源利用率低、旅游产品形式单一等众多问题，但吉林省农业旅游资源也存在发展的绝对优势，比如绝佳的地缘优势、悠久的农耕文明、丰富的农业旅游资源类型等。对上述优势与劣势进行综合分析比较后，提出要从开放思想、抓住契机；加强农业旅游资源整合；创新开发农业旅游产品；加强监管，提升服务质量；提升全民农业旅游意识等5个方面入手，提升农业旅游资源的利用率，并结合休闲农业与“互联网+”的双重理念，打造一条吉林省特色的、全新的体验式农业旅游之路。

Abstract:

Jilin as a big agricultural province is rich in agricultural tourism resources.How to transfer the agricultural resources to tourism resources has great significance to create more economic value，social value and environmental value.This paper analyzed the present situation of agricultural tourism in Jilin province，found many problems such as slow speed in agricultural tourism development，low utilization rate of resources and single product form，illustrated advantages in the development of agricultural tourism resources，such as excellent geographical advantages，long agricultural civilization，abundant agricultural tourism resource types，etc.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages，it put forward some countermeasures such as opening mind，seizing the opportunity，innovating and developing the agricultural tourism products，strengthening supervision，improving service quality and the agricultural tourism consciousness to improve the utilization of agricultural tourism resources，accelerating the development of agricultural tourism，combining with the concept of “Internet+” to create characteristic agricultural development of Jilin province.
