土地生态化整治与农业景观设计实证研究

摘要:

近年来，中国的土地整治工程发展越来越快，农村的耕地面积迅速增加，但是在土地生态化上却存在很多的不足。尤其是中国城镇化高速推进进程中，农村土地利用的问题进一步凸显，研究土地生态化及其相关景观设计成为中国土地利用乃至农业可持续发展的关键问题。文章通过分析土地整治、土地生态化整治及景观设计的内涵，针对中国土地整治中存在的土地整治秩序混乱、缺乏法律法规、政府监督不力、缺乏规划、土地污染问题严重及缺乏景观设计等生态发展与景观设计的相关问题，选取河北省曲阳县产德乡作为研究对象，从土地工程设计、农村居民工程设计及生态防护工程设计等方面，进行土地整治设计的实证研究，并提出明确区域差异，进行科学分区；维持景观美学，凸显文化价值；保护生态环境，保持生物多样性等发展策略。

Abstract:

In recent years，the development of China's land consolidation projects are growing quickly，the arable land is increasing rapidly，but there are many problems in the land ecological constructionEspecially with the further deepening of China's urbanization process，the problems of rural land utilization are further highlighted，which becomes key issues to study the ecological land consolidation and the landscape design for China land use and agricultural sustainable development.Through the research of land consolidation，land remediation and ecological landscape design connotation，this paper analyzed the problems of ecological land consolidation，such as disorder of the existing land remediation，lack of laws and regulations，and government supervision，severe land pollution and lack of landscape design，and so on.And then，selecting Hebei Chande as the research object，from the aspects of land of rural residents，engineering design engineering design and ecological protection engineering design，it empirically studied the land consolidation design，and put forward the following development strategy：to make the regional differences for China land ecological remediation and agricultural landscape design；to maintain landscape aesthetics and highlight the cultural value；to protect the ecological environment and biological diversity，and so on.
