| 人事档案管理工作是人事工作开展的基础，现阶段农业科研院所档案管理工作面临着许多新情况、新问题，关系到科研院所人事制度的改革和深化，因此加强农业科研院所的人事档案管理工作显得尤为重要。文章立足于新形势下农业科研院所人事档案管理工作实际，分析了目前农业科研院所人事档案管理现状及工作中存在的主要问题，在此基础上提出了要以科学发展的眼光着力提升人事档案管理的服务和效能，让人事档案管理工作发挥其重要作用。 |

| Personnel file management is the foundation of personnel work. At present, the archives management in agricultural scientific research institutions is facing many new situations and new problems, which are related to the deepening reform of the personnel system of scientific research institutions. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the management of personnel records in agricultural scientific research institutions. According to the work reality of personnel management of agricultural scientific research institutes under the new situation, the status quo and main problems of personnel management of agricultural scientific research institutions are analyzed in this paper. And then, to improve the services and efficiency of personnel file management is proposed, so that the personnel file management work can play its important role. |
