| 摘要: |
| ［目的］文章针对生态旅游在我国20余年的发展中，未能达到推动旅游经济可持续发展，甚至沦为经营者揽客金字招牌的问题，对其内在原因和深层次矛盾进行系统分析，为生态旅游良性发展提供对策建议。［方法］采用逻辑推演的方法，从分析生态旅游提出背景入手，以生态旅游理论和实践两条主线，从生态旅游性质、消费者群体、消费资源对象3个视角对生态旅游相关研究和存在问题进行深入剖析。［结果］（1）传统生态旅游作为一种特殊的旅游模式的定位存在先天缺陷，限制了生态旅游的发展空间，使其无法肩负起引导旅游经济可持续发展的重任；（2）传统生态旅游“小众化专项旅游”的特征无法满足国民对旅游消费的狂热需求，靠限制消费规模和道德约束无法解决旅游发展带来的生态问题，对游客筛选也不具有实际可操作性。［结论］打破旅游经济以破坏环境为代价的粗放型发展模式，将生态保护和旅游经济获益两者协调共生发展是生态旅游的本质特征，也是保证旅游经济可持续发展的必然要求。 |

| This paper analyzed the problems of ecotourism development which cannot promote the sustainable development of tourism economy in past 20 years in China, and then provided solutions for the development of ecotourism. The method of logical deduction was used to in-depth analyze the problems from three aspects including feature of ecotourism, consumer group and consumption resources. The results showed that (1) As a special mode of tourism, traditional ecotourism limited the development of ecotourism which cannot undertake the duty of leading sustainable development of tourism economy. (2)The feature of "niche market specific tour" of traditional ecotourism cannot satisfy the enthusiastic tourism demand of people. At the same time, it was no effective to solve the ecological problems merely by limiting the consumption scale and moral restriction. It put forward some countermeasures for the essential feature of ecotourism and ensuring sustainable development of tourism economy, including eliminating the extensive mode of development of tourism economy, and complying ecological protection with obtaining benefits from tourism economy. |
