[目的]通过测度2006~2016年福建省城镇化水平,明确福建省城镇化发展优势和劣势。为政府构建和完善城镇化发展规划提供参考,从而不断优化福建省新型城镇化发展水平。[方法]文章选取24个具有较强代表性和科学性的评价指标构建福建省新型城镇化质量评价体系,利用福建省2006~2016年9个地级市统计数据,采用Topsis改进的因子分析法对福建省新型城镇化质量水平进行测度,采用Matlab软件计算得到福建省9个地级市2006~2016年综合得分。[结果]福建省9个地级市2006~2016年城镇化质量水平排名(综合得分)为:泉州(0.206)>福州(0.163)>厦门(0.161)>漳州(0.146)>龙岩(0.124)>三明(0.122)>莆田(0.096)>宁德(0.082)>南平(0.050)。[结论]福建省9个地级市城镇化发展差异显著,发展不平衡,存在城镇化质量水平虚高情况;整体城镇化质量较低,重点城市带动不足;求“量”不求“质”,城镇化质量与速度严重脱节。 |

APPLICATION OF FACTOR ANALYSIS MODEL IN MEASUREING THE NEW URBANIZATION QUALITY IN FUJIAN PROVINCE——BASED ON IMPROVED TOPSIS |

This paper measured the quality of urbanization in Fujian province from 2006 to 2016, and tried to find out the advantages and disadvantages of urbanization development, with a view to provide a reference for local governments to make practical urbanization development strategy and promote the new urbanization health in Fujian province. The paper selected 24 indicators with strong representative and scientific evaluation to construct the new urbanization quality evaluation system. Based on the statistical data of 9 prefecture-level cities in Fujian province from 2006 to 2016, it measured the level of the quality of new urbanization applying improved Topsis factor analysis model, and using Matlab software. The results showed that the urbanization quality in nine prefecture-level cities in Fujian province from 2006 to 2016 ranked as: Quanzhou (0.206)> Fuzhou (0.163) > Xiamen (0.161) > Zhangzhou (0.146)> Longyan (0.124) > Sanming (0.122) > Putian (0.096) > Ningde (0.082) > Nanping (0.050). There were significant differences in the development of urbanization in nine prefecture-level cities in Fujian province. The quality level of urbanization was virtually high. The overall urbanization quality was low and the driving capacity of key cities was insufficient. Urbanization quality and speed were seriously out of line. |
