[目的]以生态足迹为视角,对河南省新型城镇化发展的战略选择和动力机制进行研究,以期为协调城镇化发展与生态环境之间的关系提供参考。[方法]采用生态足迹计算公式,计算2000~2015年河南省总的生态足迹,并引入4个要素对生态足迹进行回归分析。[结果]从生态足迹的计算来看,可耕地的生产力最大,常用耕地面积每增加0060 13,则生态足迹则减少1%; 农机总动力增长可以提高生产效率,改善农业资源和生态环境,农机总动力每增加0211 357,则生态足迹减少1%; 城镇化率对于生态足迹的影响是正向的,其消耗也在增加,人口增加0395 314,则生态足迹增加1%。[结论]耕地、农机总动力是城镇化过程中重要正向影响因素,而生态足迹则会随着人口数量的增加、城镇化率的提高而增加。在发展新型城镇化过程中,要坚持以生态安全为优先保障耕地和基本农田用地、规范土地流转行为、推进农业现代化、完善农业创新机制。 |

From the view of ecological footprint, this paper studied the strategic choice and dynamic mechanism of the new urbanization development in Henan province in order to provide references for Coordinating the relationship between development of urbanization and the ecological environment. By using the ecological footprint calculation formula, we calculated the total ecological footprint during 2000 -2015 in Henan province, and introduced the four elements to the regression analysis of the ecological footprint.The ecological footprint will increase with the rise of the total power of arable land and agricultural machine were had important positive effect in the process of urbanization, and the ecological footprint will increase with the rise of population and urbanization rate. In the process of developing new urbanization, we must adhere to the priority of ecological safety, give priority to the protection of cultivated land and basic farmland, regulate land circulation, promote agricultural modernization and improve agricultural innovation mechanism. |
