山西省新型城镇化发展水平评价及对策研究

摘要:

［目的］城镇化是一个自然历史过程，是我国经济社会发展的必经历程，测度城镇化综合发展水平及其影响因素对于把握城镇化健康程度具有重要意义。［方法］文章从人口、社会、经济、生态、空间等5个层面选取12项指标构建综合指标评价体系，结合主成分分析法对山西省新型城镇化发展水平进行测度，并就城镇化进程中存在问题提出适应性建议。［结果］山西省新型城镇化发展水平两极分化现象严重，太原市综合得分大幅领先于其他市。阳泉、朔州、运城等市城镇化综合得分低于全省平均水平。从空间上来看，山西省城镇化水平具有鲜明的空间特色，呈现出由中心城市太原向四周城镇化综合发展水平逐渐降低的形势。［结论］山西省目前仍处于中心城市太原市城镇化水平处于全国前列，其他城市城镇化水平具有较大发展空间的全省城镇化发展严重不段，未来应充分发挥太原市的辐射带动作用，不断提升全省城镇化水平。

Abstract:

Urbanization is a natural historical process and it is a necessary course for China′s economic and social development. Measuring the comprehensive development level and its influencing factors of urbanization is of great significance for grasping the health level of urbanization. This paper selected 12 indicators from 5 levels (population, society, economy, ecology and space) to build comprehensive index evaluation system. Combined with principal component analysis, we measured the development level of new urbanization in Shanxi province, and explored the main influencing factors affected urbanization development. The results of the analysis showed that the polarization of the development level of new urbanization in Shanxi was serious, and the comprehensive score of Taiyuan was greatly ahead of the other cities. The overall score of urbanization in Yangquan, Shuozhou, Yuncheng and other cities were lower than the average level of the province. From a spatial perspective, the urbanization score of Shanxi province has distinct spatial characteristics, showing a situation of the comprehensive development level of urbanization gradually declined from the central cities to the surrounding area. Taiyuan, the center city of Shanxi, is still in the forefront of the country, but the province′s urbanization development of other cities urbanization level are at the uneven stage and have a larger space for development. And in the future, it should give full play to the Taiyuan city radiation leading role, and constantly improve the level of urbanization in the whole province.
