萝北县高标准基本农田建设时序及障碍因素诊断

摘要:
[目的]研究如何科学有序地进行高标准基本农田建设,并剖析其主要障碍因素是其建设的关键所在。[方法]文章基于多源数据,以高产稳产、高效生产为目标,综合考虑当地农作物生长和农田建设条件,采用理想点逼近法和障碍度模型,进行萝北县高标准基本农田建设时序研究和障碍因素诊断。[结果](1)萝北县高标准基本农田建设主要分为3个建设时期,其中近期建设区主要分布于团结镇东南部、东明朝鲜族乡西北部、凤翔镇南部及肇兴镇西部地区; 中期建设区面积较大,占耕地总面积的5518%,整个研究区内均有分布; 远期建设区主要分布在名山镇和鹤北镇北部,其他乡镇边界处有少量分布。(2)该区域建设障碍因素主要集中在基础设施和区位利用条件两个方面,其中沟渠密度在不同建设时期内贡献率均最高,是最主要的障碍因子。(3)不同建设时期内障碍因素的影响程度不同,其建设重点的先后顺序也不同。[结论]建设时序与障碍因素诊断可为区域高标准基本农田建设提供理论依据和可行性参考。

TIME SEQUENCE AND OBSTACLES DIAGNOSIS OF HIGH-STANDARD PRIME FARMLAND CONSTRUCTION IN LUOBEI COUNTY

Abstract:
How to scientifically and orderly carry on high-standard prime farmland construction and analyze the main obstacles was the key for its construction. Based on multi-source data of the production of high and stable yield, considering the local conditions for the growth of crops and farmland construction, this paper used the technique for order preference by similarity to an idea solution(TOPSIS) and the obstacle degree model to analyze the time sequence and obstacles diagnosis of high-standard prime farmland construction in Loubei. The results showed that (Ⅰ)high-standard prime farmland construction was mainly divided into three periods, the immediate construction areas mainly distributed in the southeastern of Tuanjie town, east of the Korean township, Fengxiang town in northwestern south and Zhaoxing town in the western region. The mid-construction area accounted for 55.18 percent of the total arable land. The long-term construction area mainly distributed in Mingshan town and the northern of Hebei town.(Ⅱ) The obstacle factors mainly concentrated in the infrastructure construction and location using condition two aspects, of which ditch density contribution rate was higher in different construction period.(Ⅲ) the influence degree of the obstacle factors in different construction periods was different. The construction time sequence and obstacles diagnosis can provide theoretical basis and feasible reference for the construction of area′s high-standard prime farmland.
